The procurement system of the State Corporation Rosatom ensures maximum transparency of the Company's activities and the use of anti-corruption mechanisms

An open, clear, and transparent procurement system has been created in the nuclear power industry, with uniform rules for procurement procedures in electronic bidding format. The procurement at all enterprises of Rosatom's Fuel Company TVEL is carried out in accordance with the Unified Industry Procurement Standard of the State Corporation Rosatom, approved by the Supervisory Board of the State Corporation Rosatom (Minutes No. 37 dated February 7, 2012).

The procurement system is based on six principles: compliance with the legislation and basic principles of business organisation, high product quality specifications and optimum cost, transparency of activities, and the use of anti-corruption mechanisms. Rosatom's procurement system has its own specific characteristics and peculiarities, which can be found on the website for placing orders for the procurement of goods, work, and services from enterprises within the nuclear power industry
