More than 50 scientific reports were made at the First All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference "Permanent Magnets: Science and Technology. Production. Application", which ended in Suzdal of the Vladimir region on September 27. The event was organized by Rusatom Metal Tech LLC (an integrator company in the field of Metallurgy of the Rosatom's Fuel Division) with the support of TVEL JSC, A.A. Baikov Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science of Russian Academy of Sciences (IMET RAS), Science and Innovations Private Institution, Ural Federal University, NUST MISIS, as well as the Associations of Producers and Consumers of Rare and Rare-Earth Metals.

On September 10-11, 2024, the First All-Russian Conference "Cermettech: Ceramic and Cermet Materials, Promising Technologies and Devices" was held at the facilities of the Ural Federal University (UrFU) in Yekaterinburg of the Sverdlovsk region. The event was organized by Rusatom Metal Tech LLC (an integrator company in the field of Metallurgy of the Rosatom's Fuel Division), the Institute of High-Temperature Electrochemistry of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IHTE UB RAS) and the UrFU.

Rosatom's Fuel Division took part in the Annual Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation "Vreden’s Readings-2024" in St. Petersburg.

Yeltsin", etc.), manufacturing and technology companies (Uralredmet JSC, Istok State Scientific Production named after A.I. Shokin, Solikamsk Magnesium Plant JSC, etc.), as well as Associations of Producers and Consumers of Rare and Rare-Earth Metals. The conference will be held within the framework of the Decade of Science and Technology.

The agreement will combine the efforts of business, industry, basic science and regional authorities to create products from domestic raw materials within the framework of import substitution

The document was signed by Andrey Andrianov, General Director of Rusatom Metal Tech LLC, and Alexander Kovalchuk, General Director of METEOR Auto.

Rosatom State Corporation has approved the investment project of Rusatom Metal Tech LLC (an integrator company of Rosatom's Fuel Division in the Metallurgy area), which provides for an increase in production capacity of heavy-duty copper-niobium alloy wires from the current one ton to five tons per year (or up to 500 thousand km of wires per year).
